Once your request is received, you’ll be contacted within 24 hours to schedule an estimate appointment with ZZ Tree’s owner Zack or our Estimator, Hunter. After the appointment, we’ll email you the estimate through QuickBooks, and once you click "ACCEPTED" and sign, we will schedule the work.
We provide all phases of tree care, including tree preservation, tree maintenance services, and tree removals (including hazardous and emergency tree removal). Our focus is always on safety and added property value for our customers.
Yes. ZZ Tree is fully insured so you can put your mind at ease knowing you are fully covered when we work on your property. We even offer workers’ comp insurance, which some of our competitors don’t. Our problems will never become your problems.
ZZ Tree can’t provide estimates over the phone. Every tree service call is different. To provide an estimate we’ll need to see the property and assess the scope of the job. ZZ Tree does offer free estimates, transparent pricing, and service options to fit your budget.
ZZ Tree accepts cash, personal checks, Visa, and Mastercard. There is a 3{dc0c31029aaef4a34aa8f97054ad94b3df7a84d4d3adc15f6ee3b5a93fb187f5} fee for credit card transactions. We do not accept American Express.
Checks can be given to a team member at the time of service.
If you’d like to use a credit card to pay, call Zack at 703-268-8509. We can also send you an invoice with QuickBooks so you can pay online.
Payment is due upon completion of the work.
YES & YES. Emergency tree work is prioritized by the severity of the emergency, and we prioritize existing customers over first-time callers. Estimates and a COI (Certificate of Insurance) are provided to your insurance company.
